Last night we got a couple inches of snow in the Boise area. By late morning, the sun was out and the sky was a brilliant blue. The Boise River Greenbelt is one of Idaho’s treasures and walking along the river after a winter snow storm is magical.
When visiting downtown Boise, don’t miss “Freak Alley Gallery” nestled between Bannock and Idaho Street North and South and 8th and 9th Street East and West. The alley walls feature the work of local artists including portraits, murals and thought provoking messages.
It’s said to be the largest outdoor gallery in the Pacific Northwest that got it’s start in 2002.
